Great crew here! They were able to get me in docked and loaded quickly. Also able to answer all my questions about how hot tubs are made. Got to see some hot tubs being assembled and tested. It was a great experience and I actually learned some stuff to give me a better understanding of the mechanics and structure to help me make a future purchase. My wife and I have not made up our minds whether we want a hot tub or swim spa.

I’ve had my Nordic hot tub for 14 years with very little problems. I live in Northeast Ohio and Nordic may not be the fanciest but it’s the best Before Nordic hot tub I had one made in Florida that I always had the technician out to fix. Sure it was pretty it looked marbleized but not as practical as a Nordic

The last time i was there I’m a technician my customer needed to replace their old hot tub so they were extremely helpful i took customer to factory store n they bought one with awesome set of jets its used daily

Quick and easy unload shipping is very friendly.. there are a couple overnight parking spots if you get here in the middle of the night.

I obtained a Nordic Spa from an acquaintance, used and tired. Whenever I’ve had questions or problems, the staff at Nordic has been amazing. No warranty stuff here, just good people who take pride in their company. The tub is great, and updated w/ new guts with the major help from the folks at Nordic. If a great company behind your product is important to you, BUY NORDIC! My daughter, of course, didn’t listen and bought locally. Usually good practice, but not for her. $14,000 later they have a whammy jammy tub with a million jets and a waterfall, but can rarely use it due to constant failures of different systems. This is a major brand tub, and it’s junk. Meanwhile, I write this as I’m enjoying my awesome Nordic Spa. Oh yeah, I sat in this tub in -15 degree weather this year. Still no problems. BUY Nordic and enjoy your Spa, it shouldn’t stress you out. It’s for relaxing! And no, I am not affiliated w/Nordic in any way except as a customer. Nordic Spas Rock!
